SHIPPING POLICY

REGISTRATION

In order to use some functions of this site it is necessary to register. You can consult our privacy policy here .

ORDERS AND INVOICES

Orders are shipped the first business day after the order date, subject to stock availability and confirmed payment.

Orders placed over the weekend (between Friday evening and Sunday evening) are processed on the following Monday.

The deliveries of Toujours in Italy are not accompanied by an invoice, neither to a private person nor to a company. If you wish, you can still receive an invoice indicating it during check out.

As for the orders in the "made to measure" section, it is intended that they will be confirmed and put into production only after receipt of payment. Production times may vary from 15 to 30 days depending on the period but Toujours undertakes to process orders as quickly as possible.

RETURNS

It is possible, for those who are not satisfied with the purchase, to return the purchased product and be refunded.

It is possible to return the product within 14 working days of receipt.

All customized products are excluded from the right of return - it is however possible to request a size change by writing an email to: toujours.shoponline@gmail.com .

METAMORPHOSIS products are excluded from any right of exchange or withdrawal.

The returned item must not have been used / worn, it must be intact and in the original packaging which is considered an integral part of the product itself.

To request a return authorization it is necessary to contact us at - indicating the order number and the items to be returned.

Once the procedure is completed, Toujours will reply via email indicating the instructions to follow to return the goods.

The return shipment of the return is charged to the customer.

Toujours reserves the right not to refund unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided. In these cases, the customer is contacted by customer care and must take care of the unauthorized return at his own expense.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods or that errors occur in shipments by Toujours, please contact our customer service promptly (within 24 hours) by writing to toujours.shoponline@gmail.com upon receipt of the package.

Toujours reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for non-compliant goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.

REFUNDS

The refund is made within 10 working days from receipt of the return at Toujours.

It is refunded with the same payment method as the purchase.

The shipping cost is not refunded.

The refund is issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

YOU CHANGE

At the moment only the size change service is offered.

To proceed with the exchange it is necessary to contact the customer service at toujours.shoponline@gmail.com to make sure that the requested item is available in stock and to have the exchange authorized.

The shipping cost for the return of the size change is charged to the customer.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:

Paypal

By choosing the PAYPAL payment method, the customer pays directly through his Paypal account. By selecting Paypal in the payment mask you will be directed directly to the Paypal site, just enter your email and password and access your account.

Thanks to the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer protocol) which guarantees that no one can in any way read the information sent over the Internet, it is possible to pay in complete safety.

Wix Payments

By choosing the Wix Payments payment method, the customer can pay with Visa, American Express, Maestro, Diners, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, Microsoft Pay, Masterpass by Mastercard, Visa Checkout, WeChat Pay BETA through the Wix Payments circuit.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated times for delivery in Italy and Europe are between 1 and 3 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of receipt of payment.
For delivery to a remote area, approx. 1 business day.

In case DHL fails to deliver the package due to absence of the recipient or incorrect address, the customer is contacted by DHL to re-schedule a second delivery attempt. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the package is sent back to Toujours. The returned goods are considered as returned and the cost of the return shipment is charged to the customer.

 

DELIVERY METHODS

Within the European Union, delivery takes place under DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) conditions. This means that all taxes and charges are covered with the cost of shipping.

For countries outside the European Union, the DAP condition (Delivery at place) applies. It means that the cost of the product is excluded from import taxes and charges. At the time of delivery, the recipient will have to pay any taxes, import charges and sales taxes, depending on the country of destination. We are unable to quantify this amount in advance. It is possible to contact DHL Local to request further information with the tracking number.

 

TRACEABILITY SHIPPING

Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from Toujours with the tracking number, through which you can track the package.
